1. Agreement and eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must supervise and authorise your use and purchase.

“6G Clothing”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the clothing retailer based in Mangudi, Tamil Nadu, India. “You” means the website visitor or customer.

2. Customer accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and protect your password and OTPs. Notify us promptly about unauthorised account activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

You may save a maximum of three delivery addresses. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

3. Products, availability, and pricing

We aim to display descriptions, colours, sizing, stock, and images accurately. Screen settings and production batches can cause reasonable colour or appearance differences. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include or disclose applicable taxes as presented at checkout. Delivery charges, discounts, and the final payable total are shown before order placement. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error before fulfilment; if it affects a confirmed order, we will inform you and offer an appropriate choice, including cancellation/refund where applicable.

4. Orders and cancellation

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or an obvious pricing error, and will refund amounts received where applicable.

You can open My Account → My Orders → View details and use Cancel Order while an eligible unpaid order is pending or confirmed and processing has not started. Once processing, packing, or shipping starts, contact support; cancellation may no longer be possible. Paid orders require support review so any eligible refund can be handled safely.

5. Payments

Available methods are those shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be limited by location, order value, or risk checks. Online payment, when enabled, is processed by the identified payment provider under its own terms. Do not refresh or repeat a payment until its status is known; contact us with the order number if money is debited but confirmation is not shown.

We may validate a payment before fulfilment. Failed, reversed, disputed, or unauthorised payments do not create an obligation to dispatch goods.

6. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within India. Most orders are expected within 3–7 working days after confirmation, but this is an estimate and may change due to location, courier operations, weather, public events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Check your address and phone number before ordering. Risk passes as provided by applicable law upon delivery.

Return or exchange requests

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear details. Eligible apparel must be unused, unwashed, unworn except for fit-checking, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items damaged after delivery, used/washed items, hygiene-sensitive items where applicable, and customised/personalised items are not eligible except where defective, wrong, counterfeit, or otherwise protected by law.

For a wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item, notify us promptly with photos; after verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund without unfair charges. For an eligible size/preference exchange, availability applies and reasonable return shipping may be charged where disclosed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated after inspection or cancellation confirmation. Bank/payment-provider processing can take approximately 7–10 working days after initiation. COD refunds may require verified bank or UPI details. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable for preference returns unless law requires otherwise or our error caused the return.

7. Reviews, messages, and acceptable use

Content you submit must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and must not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to display submitted reviews for store operation and promotion, while you retain ownership. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, or unsafe content.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malware, scrape at harmful scale, misuse offers, impersonate others, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Intellectual property

The 6G Clothing name, branding, site design, product artwork, text, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by us or used with permission. No content may be copied, commercially reused, or modified without permission except as allowed by law.

9. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our responsibility for a purchase will not exceed limits permitted by law, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer/product-liability rights.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Terms applicable when an order was accepted continue to govern that order unless a legal change requires otherwise.

Indian law governs these terms. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu may hear disputes, without restricting your right to approach a competent Consumer Commission or another forum available under mandatory law.

11. Support and grievance redressal

For an order complaint or grievance, send your name, order number, registered contact details, and a clear description. We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, subject to applicable law and the information needed from you.
